Lagina Plumbing is Part of New Development in Franklin

Sept. 9, 2008 – Lagina Plumbing is providing interior plumbing for a new 56,760-square-foot commercial building in the Franklin Business Park in southern Milwaukee County.

The three-story building is being constructed on a five-acre site along the 4200 block of West Oakwood Park. Ryan Road Enterprises is the developer, while C.D. Smith of Fond du Lac is serving as general contractor. A January 2009 completion date is anticipated.

Lagina Plumbing’s work includes the interior plumbing systems that will accommodate future tenants of office space on upper floors as well as a bank and urgent care medical facility on the first floor.
