New Commerce State Bank Headquarters Opens Jan. 20

Dec. 2, 2008 -- Commerce State Bank will move to its newly built headquarters in West Bend on Jan. 20, 2009. The includes plumbing systems by Lagina Plumbing of Milwaukee.
The new bank building is going up at 1700 S. Silverbrook Dr. in West Bend. The three-story, multi-tenant building will have 33,000 square feet of space when completed in early January by general contractor WB Corp. of West Bend.
Commerce State Bank will occupy the first and lower floors while the second and third floors will be leased as high-end office space. The facility will open Jan. 20, 2009, according to Joe Fazio, CEO of Commerce State Bank.
“What an opportunity to help build this bank facility along with WB Corp.,” said Jim Lagina, president of the plumbing company. “This facility will raise the bar for building amenities for office space in West Bend.”

Commerce State Bank employs 23 people and expects to hire additonal staff. The bank was founded in 2005 and has been operating out of offices on Shepherds Drive. It has $260 million in assets and anticipates raising a third round of capital in the first quarter of 2009. The bank online at www.commercestatebank.com.
